Seasonal Cycle and Observation
By visiting the same area every week, they watch changes in nature (leaf fall, sprouting, mushrooms) like a film strip; they understand cause-effect relationships through nature's rhythm.
Nature is the Best Teacher: The Forest is Our Second Classroom
Our Forest Workshop is a special discovery program that removes classroom walls and uses the forest as an "outdoor laboratory."
Our education works with special rituals: We ask permission from the forest before entering, find our symbolic key, and thank it when leaving. Within the framework of safety rules such as "not taking sticks longer than our arm" and "not touching the unknown," our children gain self-confidence, resilience, and the ability to live in harmony with nature.
The most critical difference of our workshop is visiting the same forest area every week. Thus, children learn about a green leaf turning yellow, mixing with the soil, and sprouting again in spring not from a book page, but directly from within the seasonal cycle.
This workshop aims for children to recognize their physical limits, observe with all their senses, learn to respect other living beings, and grow as individuals with high ecological awareness who are nature-friendly.
By visiting the same area every week, they watch changes in nature (leaf fall, sprouting, mushrooms) like a film strip; they understand cause-effect relationships through nature's rhythm.
Rules such as asking permission from the forest, thanking, and not harming living beings develop empathy, respect, and a sense of belonging in children.
Walking on rough terrain increases motor skills and resilience while games created with materials in nature strengthen cooperation and problem-solving abilities.
